Nanny Personality Inventory

Before starting the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment, please read the following Terms of Use.

The Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment is a tool families may utilize in their pre-employment screening.  Taking the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment is entirely voluntary.  You do not have to take it if you do not want to.

You may not take the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment unless you agree to the following conditions:

* You agree that the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment is entirely voluntary and that you are not required to take it. 
  
* 4Nannies.com does not review your responses to the questions in advance, nor do we compile the Assessment Report.  All of that work is completed by an independent company called Hogan Assessment Systems, Inc. using an automated system.

* The actual questions contained in the Assessment, and the layout of the Assessment, constitute protected intellectual property that are owned by 4Nannies.com, Inc. and/or Hogan Assessment Systems and may not be copied or used by anyone else.

* 4Nannies.com does not warrant or guarantee that the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment or the Assessment Report are scientific or accurate or that you will agree with the results.

* You will not hold 4Nannies.com, Inc. responsible or bring any claim against 4Nannies.com, Inc., or any of its affiliates, or Hogan Assessment Systems if you are unhappy with the results of the Assessment or the content of the Assessment Report.

* By completing the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment, you agree that 4Nannies.com may provide the Nanny Personality Inventory Assessment Report to families participating in the 4Nannies.com Web site and others interested in locating a nanny.

* You understand that families who are considering hiring you may review the Report and may base their decision of whether to hire you at least in part on the Report, and you agree to this.  You agree not to hold 4Nannies.com or Hogan Assessment Systems responsible if a family decides not to hire you because of the Report.

* You agree to release 4Nannies.com of any claims that may arise from our providing your Assessment Report to anyone.

* At any time after a Report is generated, you may request that the Report be removed from the system and not be provided to anyone else, unless a family has already received or asked to receive your Report.  If you would like to have your Report removed from the system, you must ask us in writing and provide us with your social security number and/or the participant ID number you will receive at the end of the Assessment.
